Optimal serving temperature: it should be tasted between 8° and 10° C
Eye : Champagne with a fluid and satin aspect and with a gold pale color. Fine and delicate bubbles with bright yellow reflections.
Nose : subtil and elegant, it presents candied lemon notes that develop into brioche notes.
Mouth: it is fresh and soft with a creamy bubbliness.
The balance is maintained thanks to its acidity that spread him freshness. Persistent at the end.
Aperitif and oysters, Saint Jacques with candied ginger, fillet of sea bass with a mousse of parsley, pike fillet, codfish and frog legs.
