Optimal serving temperature: it should be tasted between 8° and 10° C

Eye :
Champagne with a fluid and satin aspect and with a gold pale color. Fine and delicate bubbles with bright yellow reflections.
Nose : subtil and elegant, it presents candied lemon notes that develop into brioche notes.
Mouth: it is fresh and soft with a creamy bubbliness.
The balance is maintained thanks to its acidity that spread him freshness. Persistent at the end.

Food pairing:
Aperitif and oysters, Saint Jacques with candied ginger, fillet of sea bass with a mousse of parsley, pike fillet, codfish and frog legs.
