Alcoholic fermentation at 20°. Malo-lactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.

Eye : Champagne with a soft yellow dress with green reflections; transparent and brilliant. Fine bubbles that increase rapidly ; beautiful aspect.
Nose : ripe white flowers, fruits and baked apple notes. Its aeration is enriched by tarte tatin aromas, by butter notes . Vanilla aftertaste.
Mouth : round and ample attack. In second time the wine and the freshness come .
Food pairing : It’s suitable for aperitifs. It will agree as well with foie-gras, meat and fish .
