Since 1799 a member of the Boulachin Chaput family exploits vineyards on the east hillside of the Côte des Bars .
Actually it is the 7th and 8th wine growers’ generation that take care of the inheritance , proposing quality grapes that make big Champagnes .
The Boulachin Chaput Maison is located in a small village of the Aube department , Arrentières , where the majority of their vineyards are situated . A small part of them are located in the neighboring communes of Colombé le Sec , Colombé la Fosse and Voigny .

The 8 hectares of the domain are cultivated in the total respect of the environment according to the principles of the sustainable viticulture : limitation of the use of chemical products , systematic labor of young plants .

Grape varieties:
60% pinot noir
30% chardonnay
10% pinot meunier

Average age of vineyards : 22 years

The Boulachin Chaput family since a few years is proud to be rewarded by tasting professionals for the quality of their Champagnes (Guide Hachette , Guide Gilbert & Gaillard , Gault & Millau , Revue du Vin de France)
