Appearance: it shows an almost coppery, salmon-pink, continuous color with delicate bubbles.
Nose: it leaves a real festival of red fruits with flavors like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and cherry.
Palate: it’s full bodied, round and strong.

The Pinot Meunier is balanced, smooth and elegant while the Chardonnay is fruity and fresh. The Rosé Brut will charm the finest palate.
